Bed and Breakfast Rates per room per night

King-size, Double or Twin Room all with en-suite facilities

All rates include VAT at 20.00%

Single Occupancy of twin £60.00 per room

Single Occupancy of a double room or king-size £63.50 per room

Single occupancy of super king-size room £67.00 per room

Double Occupancy - from £90.00 (Byron) and £95.00 (Tennyson) per room

King Size rooms - Keats £92.00 and Wordsworth £95.00 per room

Super-kingsize room - Coleridge £100.00 per room

Christmas and New Year 2012 (21st December 2012 through to 1st January 2013)

Christmas Day Lunch - £55.00 per person

The restaurant will be open throughout the festive season excluding Sundays and Tuesdays

A Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% of the total Accomodation cost will be taken at the time of booking for reservations between these dates and reservations for Christmas Day Lunch.

Evening Meals

A la carte meals in the restaurant are £23.00 for 2 courses and £29.00 per person for three courses.

We just need menu choices 24 hours in advance. 

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Check in/out Times

Check in any time after 3pm, earlier by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee access to your room or The Belfry before that time.

Deposit and Terms

CHILDREN - Sorry, we only accept Children over 13 years.

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy whereby if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the day of your arrival you will not be charged.  Cancellations made less that 48 hours prior to the DAY of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s bed and breakfast.  For group bookings of three or more rooms we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total bed and breakfast rate for the complete booking if cancelled less than two weeks prior to the day of arrival. 

Whilst our published rate is intended to be in force for the period described prices may be subject to change without notice for new reservations.  In the event of a change in our standard rate, once a booking confirmation has been sent all agreed prices will be honoured. 

All effort has been made by us to ensure that all published prices and details are accurate and precise.  However mistakes do occur and thus we reserve the right to correct any prices quoted in error prior to confirming a booked.  Once we have issued a written confirmation the prices stated in that confirmation are fixed.
